DI - Armor Fabricated Shipping Cases
DI Rack Mount & Shock Mount Cases
| DI - Armor
cases are designed and manu- factured to meet or exceed the Air Transport-
ation Association (ATA) Specification 300, Category 1 requirements. These
shipping containers are the most reliable
shipping cases available
in the industry. Made from fiberglass
or ABS plastic laminated to
plywood, or honeycombed aluminum, they have rugged steel corners and aluminum
extrusions, and they-re built to last.

The DI Rack
Mount front & rear access cases conform to the Electronic
Industry Association's (EIA) 19" width standard. Highly portable and will
accommodate any combination of equipment and accessories. Standard models 4U
to 27U spaces with rack depth of 20". The DI Shock Mount
case is a floating case within a case design. The inner case is separated
from the outer case by a series of polyethylene shock absorbers that provide
maximum protection. |

DI Lite Fabricated Series

Heavy weight protection in a
lightweight case and still meet the Air Transportation Association - (ATA)
specification 300, Category 1 requirements. Our DI Lite cases
are on average 30% lighter in weight than the standard
DI Case.
Manufactured of
500# or 300# MSF corrugated high density polyethylene, DI Lite Fabricated
Series offers the same protection while providing reduced shipping expenses. |
 
DI-2 Cases Custom Large Scale Containers
Large scale containers designed and manufactured to give the maximum
protection for the large and more delicate equipment.
DI-2 containers can be constructed from
composite materials or plylam, depending on the application, with many different isolation
systems.

Star Pak Fabricated Stock Shipping Cases with Foam
| PACE's Star Pak cases are designed
for delicate items with irregular configurations. The Star Pak Series
shipping containers incorporate all the standard features of the DI - Armor fabricated cases and
are build to meet the Air Transportation Association specification 300, Category 1
requirements. The specifically designed polyurethane ester foam inserts provide maximum
protection and flexibility.
This flexibility enables you to select a DI - Armor Shipping Container that
does not require a custom insert and still protects your product from damage due to
vibration or sudden shock during shipping. |

Shipper - Polyethylene Fabricated
Shipping Cases
Polyethylene, the space age developed material has proved to be the most
durable method of making our Shipper
transit cases. Heavy-duty poly web straps
around the girth with side-release nylon catches make opening and closing very easy.
Heavy-duty metal
corner caps protect the contents of the Shipper along with the
metal edge lid which telescopes over the metal edged bottom to provide expansion to 5".
There are interior web straps in each case to hold your materials centered
to protect material edges. The top handle is anchored through the lid to assure long life.
The largest size has an additional handle on the side to enable underarm carrying. Each
case has a mailing label holder.

Custom Shipper - Polyethylene Fabricated Cases

They are scored, bent and riveted for strong, lightweight yet long lasting shipping protection.
Heavy-duty steel corners and metal edging further enhance the durability of these popular
shipping containers. Add wheels and a pull handle coupled with a custom foam insert or
